AT77 Terms and Conditions — Rules That Govern Your Account

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player") and AT77 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). AT77 may request verification of eligibility at any time, including at the point of registration, at the point of any withdrawal request, or when unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the time period specified by AT77 may result in account suspension pending review.

3. Account Registration

Each eligible person may hold one AT77 account only. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in all linked accounts being permanently closed and all balances being forfeited. This includes accounts opened using different mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods but belonging to the same individual.

3.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering on AT77. This includes your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. Providing false registration information constitutes fraud and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your AT77 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone, including AT77 support staff — AT77 will never ask for your password. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact AT77 support immediately via live chat. All activity on your account is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to AT77 in advance.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

AT77 operates a Know Your Customer process to verify player identities, prevent fraud, and meet its anti-money laundering obligations. You may be asked to submit identification documents — such as a CNIC, passport, or utility bill — at any point. KYC verification is mandatory before withdrawals above certain thresholds are processed. Accounts that fail to complete KYC when requested will have withdrawal access suspended until the process is complete.

4. Deposits

AT77 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. Supported deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. There is no maximum deposit limit for most payment methods, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

4.1 Processing Times

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits update your AT77 balance in real time under normal conditions. Bank IBFT and card deposits may take up to two hours to confirm depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule. AT77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

4.2 Deposit Restrictions

Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the AT77 account holder — are strictly prohibited. Funds received via third-party deposits will be frozen pending investigation and may be returned to the originating account less any transaction fees.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from AT77 are processed in PKR to the payment method used for your most recent deposit or to any payment method you have registered and verified on your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. AT77 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions.

5.1 Withdrawal Processing Times

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 10–30 minutes of approval. Bank IBFT withdrawals are usually completed within the same business day. Card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank. AT77 aims to approve all standard withdrawal requests within one hour of submission during normal operating hours.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal is approved, AT77 may verify that all bonus wagering requirements linked to your account have been met, that your account KYC is complete, and that no suspicious activity flags are attached to your account. Withdrawal requests submitted during a KYC review or security investigation will be placed on hold until the review is resolved.

5.3 Bonus-Related Restrictions

If you have an active bonus balance on your AT77 account, the wagering requirements attached to that bonus must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. 6. Bonuses and Promotions

• Bonuses are available to one eligible account per household, device, IP address, and payment method.

7.1 Game Results

The outcomes of AT77's RNG-based games are determined by certified random number generation systems that have been independently audited for fairness. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical cards dealt or wheels spun in real time. AT77 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way. In the event of a technical error or system failure during a game, AT77 will resolve the situation fairly and transparently, generally by voiding the affected round and returning stakes to the relevant player balances.

7.2 Bet Confirmation

A bet or stake is only confirmed once you receive an explicit confirmation notification from AT77. Bets that are placed but not confirmed due to connectivity issues, platform errors, or timeout are not binding and any funds deducted for an unconfirmed bet will be returned to your balance. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless AT77 explicitly provides a cash-out or in-play amendment option for that market.

7.3 PSL Betting

PSL and sports betting markets are subject to specific settlement rules that take into account match abandonment, weather interruptions, player withdrawals, and other sporting contingencies. AT77 settles all PSL markets in accordance with the official result provided by the relevant governing body. In cases where the official result is delayed or disputed, AT77 may delay settlement until the matter is resolved.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on AT77 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account with or without their knowledge.
• Providing false identity information at registration or during any KYC process.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your AT77 balance.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other players, or coordinated exploitation of any AT77 game or bonus system.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with any AT77 game or platform feature in a manner not intended for human players.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, system glitches, or display malfunctions for financial gain. Winnings accumulated through known glitches will be voided.
• Money laundering or using AT77 as a vehicle to process funds of illegal origin. AT77 cooperates fully with financial crime authorities and will report suspicious transactions as required.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening AT77 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Charging back or disputing a valid deposit with your payment provider in bad faith after the funds have been wagered on AT77.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

AT77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification; account inactivity exceeding 12 months; or at the player's own request.

9.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request permanent closure of your AT77 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure is processed, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses will be assessed, and the real-money balance remaining after assessment will be withdrawn to your registered payment method. Self-exclusion requests are processed under our Responsible Gaming Policy and are given priority.

9.2 Inactive Accounts

An AT77 account is considered inactive after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. AT77 will attempt to notify the player at their registered mobile number or email before applying any inactive account fee. After a further 6-month notice period, AT77 may apply a monthly administrative fee of Rs 200 to inactive account balances. Accounts with a zero balance after the inactive period are closed automatically.
